Job Title: Coordinator
Location: Woonsocket, RI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST


Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our HR Shared Services team. This role supports Employment Authorization Onboarding process, ensuring compliance and accuracy in the completion of I-9 documentation. The ideal candidate will manage new hire onboarding activities, resolve related service requests, and support reporting and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist applicants in completing Form I-9 documentation within the Workday system.

  • Triage and respond to inquiries related to I-9 through the ServiceNow case management system.

  • Support I-9 reporting and compliance tracking.

  • Perform audit checks and support completion of new hire documentation.

  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of onboarding cases.

  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ year of operations or administrative experience.

  • Verifiable high school diploma or GED required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in HR or employee onboarding.

  • Strong client service orientation.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and database systems.

  • Experience using systems like Workday and Service Now is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and I-9 compliance regulations.
