We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to join our HR Shared Services team. This role supports Employment Authorization Onboarding process, ensuring compliance and accuracy in the completion of I-9 documentation. The ideal candidate will manage new hire onboarding activities, resolve related service requests, and support reporting and administrative tasks.
Assist applicants in completing Form I-9 documentation within the Workday system.
Triage and respond to inquiries related to I-9 through the ServiceNow case management system.
Support I-9 reporting and compliance tracking.
Perform audit checks and support completion of new hire documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of onboarding cases.
Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Minimum of 1+ year of operations or administrative experience.
Verifiable high school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience in HR or employee onboarding.
Strong client service orientation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and database systems.
Experience using systems like Workday and Service Now is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Knowledge of HR processes and I-9 compliance regulations.
